About the clinic
A regenerative medicine clinic in Playas de Tijuana, treating patients who mostly arrive from southern California. Small, deliberately narrow in scope, and built around telling patients the truth about what these treatments do.
Why we exist
Regenerative medicine sits in an awkward position. There is real science behind it and real benefit for some patients, and there is also an industry built on selling hope to people who have run out of other options. Both things are true at once, and patients are left to work out which clinic is which.
We built this clinic to be legible: named physicians with verifiable licences, published prices, a published list of the patients we turn away, and written expectations before anyone pays.
Our physicians practise at New City Medical Plaza in Tijuana, and treatment is carried out using the equipment there rather than in a converted consulting room.

How we decide who to treat
Our medical director signs off written selection criteria for every programme. Any physician here may decline a patient without seeking approval from anyone. Accepting a borderline case requires the medical director's sign-off and a documented reason.
That asymmetry is deliberate. It means the easy path is always the cautious one, particularly in a slow month.
What we don't do
- We do not treat neurodegenerative disease, and we do not advertise to families facing those diagnoses.
- We do not sell growth hormone, testosterone replacement or prescription stimulants to medical tourists.
- We do not publish pages for cities where we have no clinic.
- We do not display institutional logos we have no affiliation with.
- We do not run countdown timers, limited-availability notices or any other pressure device.
Each of those decisions costs us patients. They are the point rather than a side effect.
Measuring what we do
Patients are followed up at three, six and twelve months, and outcomes are recorded on a consistent scale. Over time this produces our own data rather than citations to other people's studies — including the cases where nothing improved.
