Yes. Regenerative treatments are permitted under COFEPRIS, the Mexican federal health regulator, at clinics holding the appropriate licence. This is a different regulatory position from the United States, where most such therapies remain restricted to clinical trials.
Anyone with active malignancy, and anyone whose condition has progressed beyond the point where regeneration is physically possible — complete follicular loss, or a joint with no remaining cartilage surface. We publish the full list with the reasoning behind each entry.
Most patients report improvement within three to six months. Some require a repeat course. Some see no meaningful improvement. We put that in writing before you pay, because a clinic promising certainty is promising something it cannot control.
Stem cells are living cells capable of dividing and differentiating. Exosomes are the signalling vesicles those cells release — they carry the messages but do not replicate. Which is appropriate depends on the tissue and the goal.
Almost certainly not. Regenerative therapy is generally excluded by US insurers because it is not FDA-approved for these indications, and treatment received abroad adds a second reason for exclusion. Assume you are paying out of pocket, and treat any clinic that suggests otherwise with caution.
For orthopedic cases, usually yes. We ask for them after the initial case review rather than at the first step, and the coordinator will send you a secure link. Imaging is not uploaded through this website.
No. Clinics do advertise stem cell therapy for these conditions, and families facing such diagnoses are among the most motivated patients in medicine — which is precisely why we decline. The published evidence does not support meaningful benefit.
You will have been told before paying that this is a possible outcome. We schedule follow-up at three, six and twelve months regardless. We do not offer refunds based on outcome, and neither does any clinic in this field — which is another reason to be sure of your expectations beforehand.
