What we treat

Five programmes, worked through properly

We do not list seventy conditions. We treat five areas, and for each one we publish what it does, what it costs, and where it stops working.

01

Orthopedic & joint regeneration

Targeted injections for knee, hip and back pain, osteoarthritis, cartilage wear and sports injuries — a non-surgical option for patients weighing joint replacement.

About this programme
Not forEnd-stage joint destruction, where the cartilage surface is already gone.
02

Hair regrowth & restoration

Scalp treatment using exosomes and growth factors for androgenetic alopecia and thinning, in men and women, without surgery.

About this programme
Not forComplete follicular loss or scarring alopecia — no treatment restores a follicle that is gone.
03

Aesthetic & anti-aging

Exosome and growth-factor microneedling that supports collagen production and skin quality over a course of sessions.

About this programme
Not forActive skin infection or inflammatory skin disease at the treatment site.
04

Sexual health & vitality

Regenerative protocols for erectile dysfunction and intimate rejuvenation, following a workup that establishes what is actually causing the problem.

About this programme
Not forUntreated cardiovascular or hormonal causes — those need addressing first, elsewhere.
05

Systemic wellness & IV therapy

Intravenous stem cell and exosome protocols intended to support recovery, immune function and inflammatory load across the body.

About this programme
Not forActive malignancy, or use as a replacement for conventional treatment you are currently receiving.

Have a physician look at your case

Answer a few questions about your condition. A physician reviews it at no cost and tells you honestly whether regenerative therapy is a reasonable option — including when it isn't.

Our position

There are patients we turn away

Regenerative medicine does not work for everyone, and a clinic that claims otherwise is not being straight with you. Some conditions sit outside what these therapies can physically do. In those cases we say so before you spend anything.

The full list is published, with the reasoning behind each entry.

Read who we don't treat

We decline, among others

  • Complete follicular loss and scarring alopecia
  • End-stage joint destruction
  • Active malignancy
  • Late-stage neurodegenerative disease
  • Patients who have stopped conventional treatment

5

Named laboratory

Cell source and supplier identified, with certification documents available on request.

6

Follow-up included

Reviewed at three, six and twelve months, whatever the outcome.

How it works

Four steps, and you can stop at any of them

1

Case review

You answer questions about your condition. A physician reads it and tells you whether this is a reasonable option for you.

2

Records and consultation

If it looks workable, the coordinator requests imaging or labs through a secure link, and you speak to the physician directly.

3

Plan and expectations

You receive the protocol, the total price, the timeline, and a written statement of what results to expect — and what not to.

4

Treatment and follow-up

Outpatient treatment in Tijuana, then scheduled follow-up at three, six and twelve months to track how you actually respond.

Find out whether we can help you

A few questions about your condition, reviewed by a physician at no cost. If regenerative therapy isn't right for your case, we will tell you that instead of selling you something.
