Privacy notice
This explains what happens to the information you send through this website — including health information in a case review — and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet the disclosure requirements of Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Who is responsible for your data
The party responsible for the personal data collected through this website is legal entity name and registered address, which operates the clinic as Regenesis BioAdvanced at Av. del Pacífico 1184, Playas de Tijuana, 22500 Tijuana, B.C., Mexico. What this notice covers
It covers information collected through this website: the case review form, messages you send us, and the technical records our server keeps. Once you become a patient, the clinical record created during your care is held and retained under Mexican health-record rules, which are separate from this notice.
What we collect
- Case review. Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, age, the answers you select, and anything you write about your condition. Some of this is health information.
- Messages. Whatever you include when you write to the coordinator by email or messaging app.
- Technical records. Standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, kept for security and to keep the site working. Confirm whether any analytics or advertising tags are in use.
Please do not send medical imaging or records through this website. If a physician needs them, the coordinator sends a separate secure link after the initial review.
Why we use it
To let a physician assess whether regenerative therapy is a reasonable option for you, to reply to you, to arrange care if you proceed, and to keep a record of what was asked and answered. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Consent, and health information
Under the LFPDPPP, health information is sensitive personal data and is processed only with your express consent. You give that consent when you submit the case review form. You can withdraw it at any time using the rights set out below; withdrawing it does not affect processing that already took place while consent was in force.
Who sees it
Within the clinic, your information is seen by the coordinator and the treating physician. It may also be handled by service providers acting on our instructions, such as our hosting and email providers: list of processors and the country each operates in. The laboratory that supplies cellular material is not given your contact details. We disclose information to anyone else only where Mexican law requires it, for example a lawful request from a health or judicial authority.
Where your data is processed
The clinic is in Tijuana, Mexico. If you contact us from the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in Mexico, and may be stored by service providers located in country or countries where processors store data. Submitting the form indicates you accept this transfer.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to treatment: retention period, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
- Records relating to patients: kept for the minimum period required by Mexican health regulation, state the period.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the people who need it for the purposes above. Medical imaging is collected through a secure link rather than through this website. Summarise the administrative, technical and physical safeguards in place, as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to its use (the ARCO rights), as well as to withdraw your consent and to limit how your data is used or disclosed.
To exercise any of these, write to privacy contact and include your name and a means of contacting you, a clear description of the data your request concerns, and any document that helps identify you. We respond within the period set by the LFPDPPP — currently 20 working days to answer a request and a further 15 to give effect to it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may bring the matter to the INAI, Mexico's National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection.
Children
This website and the case review are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the clinic's practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the last revision, and any significant change will be posted on this page.
