Which to use
WhatsApp is fastest for practical questions — pricing, logistics, whether we treat something.
Case review is for when you want a physician to assess your specific situation. The answer is a medical one rather than a sales call.
Email works for anything that needs a paper trail.
Sending medical records
Please do not send imaging or medical records until we ask for them. Once a physician has reviewed your case, the coordinator will send a secure link. Records are not uploaded through this website, and we would rather they did not sit in a messenger thread either.
Response times
Case reviews are read by a physician, usually within two working days. WhatsApp messages during working hours are typically answered the same day. We do not operate an out-of-hours service — if you have an urgent medical problem, contact your own physician or emergency services.
