Every physician here is listed with their cédula profesional, the Mexican professional licence number. You can verify it yourself in the federal registry before you book anything.

Physician profiles, including cédula profesional numbers, are being prepared for publication. Until then, the coordinator will tell you which physician will see you, and you can verify their licence yourself before you travel.

How to check a cédula profesional

Mexico maintains a public federal registry of professional licences. Anyone can search it by name and see the qualification, the issuing institution and the year. It takes about a minute and requires no account.

We publish these numbers because verifiable facts are worth more than institutional logos. If a clinic shows you university crests but will not name the physician who will hold the syringe, that tells you something.

Who does what

Each programme has a named physician responsible for it. You will know before you travel who is treating you, and you will speak with them directly during the consultation rather than only with a coordinator.

Medical governance

Our medical director signs off the selection criteria for every programme, and is the only person who can approve treatment of a borderline case. Any physician may decline a patient without seeking approval from anyone.
